We appreciate your support and strive to ensure you're satisfied with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our refunds and returns policy, tailored to our food and apparel categories.


🥜 Food & Beverage Products (Snacks, Nuts, Honey, Coffee, Water)

Due to health and safety regulations, all food and beverage items are final sale and non-returnable.

However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@welovecanada.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your case and do our best to make it right.


👕 Clothing & Apparel

We accept returns and exchanges on clothing items within 30 days of your purchase date, under the following conditions:

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Clothing marked as final sale
  • Worn or damaged items not due to our error
  • Returns requested after 15 days from purchase

Late or Partial Refunds

You may be granted a partial refund if:

  • Items are not in their original condition (e.g. damaged, missing parts)
  • A return is made more than 15 days after delivery but approved as an exception

💳 Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
